Attendance
Truancy as defined by Ed Code EC 48260:
A student is truant if absent from school or tardy from school in excess of 30 minutes, without a valid excuse, on three occasions in one school year or any combinations thereof.
• Students must be in their classrooms by the bell at 8:05 am.
• All absences, and tardies in excess of 30 minutes, must be accompanied by a note from a parent or medical professional in order to be excused.
OUR SCHOOL-WIDE GOAL IS 96% PERFECT ATTENDANCE! THAT MEANS NO MORE THAN 7 ABSENCES ALL YEAR! WE CAN DO THIS!

School-wide Positive Behavior Intervention Support Plan(SWPBIS)
Our school rules will specifically address misconduct, provide for a safer school environment and give more time for instruction. We will apply consistent consequences and positive reinforcement for all students. By detailing every expected behavior and teaching students in a positive way, we will provide a common language for everyone in our school, including students, teachers, office staff, paraprofessionals, and classified staff.
We believe that by helping students practice good behavior, we will build a school community where all students have an environment where they can succeed and grow. Thank you for your support!
School Uniforms
While we do not have mandated school uniforms, every Monday is school spirit day! Our uniform colors are khaki bottoms and navy tops. Students may purchase school T's with our new school logo that represents our student body!
College Fridays
Fridays are college spirit days! We want all of our students to know that there is an expectation for them to be college and career ready. Parents are also encouraged to wear their favorite college gears on Fridays!
